If I had help...
What’s ready, what’s stuck, and where help would turn potential into momentum.
If I had help…
I notice how often this thought appears quietly in the background while creating, planning, visioning. Not out of overwhelm alone, but because I can see how much would come alive with just a bit of support in the right places. So I wrote them down — the real points, the actual bottlenecks, the exact places where even small help would create outsized ripple effects. This is the landscape as it is right now.
1
If I had help... with the Intuition Academy (1h/day)... we could start the big crowdfunding within two weeks. The Landing Page already stands (80%), the course outline is ready, many people signaled interest in the past. It would be immediately ready for pre-sign-ups, collecting interested people until there are enough that it feels ready to have the actual kick-off. It just needs on enthusiastic person to active the sleeping potentials, the sleeping giant really.
2
If I had help... finishing the final publishing steps (30m/day)... the amount of articles I create would double, amount of articles published even increase by 4-8 times. There is a whole line waiting to be published. I often skip it, as it breaks my flow, creating a dilemma that could be solved with those 30 mins help per day.
3
If I had help... setting up JatFK & improving it (1h/day)... the ripple effects would be huge (!), impossible to calculate. My efficiency would sky-rocket, creation improves in quality, my level of clarity would improve, overwhelm decrease, outreaching & attracting people would become much more easy. The whole ecosystem would become more coherent, more alive. This is one of the highest‑leverage places help could land, because every small improvement here (expanding the knowledge base, improving the instruction set, ...) reverberates through all the rest.
4
If I had help... with the social media presence (30m/day)... we could build momentum fast. There is a large backlog of ready-to-post material, and publishing it consistently would boost all crowdfunding efforts. But there is also overwhelm and a lot of resistance to diving into this area myself. Social media would become an interconnection hub for all projects, helping attract more people and accelerate the start of core initiatives like the True Togetherness & the Intuition Academy.
5
If I had help... with tech setups & workflows (5h/week)... my efficiency would increase substantially. Technical setup is not my genius zone, and it often interrupts my flow. Smooth systems (e.g., automations, integrations) would protect my energy while raising overall output and reducing friction. Currently there often is a HUGE dilemma, knowing that e.g. a Zapier automation would increase efficiency enormously, but that I would act against my life-force focusing my attention on it now...
6
If I had help... with my memo workflow (30m/day)... my publishing rate would rise immediately. I often hesitate with recording because I know I can’t keep up with the (up)load anyways. This would also raise JatFK’s quality, since transcripts and memos feed directly into it. The workflow tension would dissolve: transcriptions, uploads, and integration into the system would happen reliably instead of piling up.
7
If I had help... with True Togetherness – Opening funnels (1h/day)... the whole people‑side of the ecosystem would gain momentum. I carry dozens of funnel ideas that I currently can’t enact as of my overload. With support, we could invite aligned people in a steady rhythm, keep up with new connections, and make the organic filtering even more organic & beautiful. Huge impact!!!
8
If I had help... with True Togetherness – the Club (5h/week)... the legal container could be built much more quickly. It’s needed for the crowdfunding, signing contracts as a trustworthy group, and more. Progress here would accelerate everything downstream, because all projects depend on the right people. The administrative work connected to the club is what currently slows the process.
9
If I had help... with fundraising (1h/day)... we would start raising meaningful funds within weeks, latest within a few months. The visions are strong enough; they simply need to be brought to the right places at the right time. With consistency, this would naturally grow, creating the financial base for all other projects to unfold, and allowing people to get paid who want to be involved, but depend on money.
10
If I had help... with website optimization (5h/week)... I would feel much more comfortable publishing and leading people to my website. Currently it’s a bit of a mess, but with some help, it could become a piece of art that leads people organically to the right place. With obvious ripple effects for all other parts, from attracting the right people to crowdfunding.
11
If I had help... with SEO (3h/week)... much more people would naturally “stumble over” the work. The topics I cover hold entry points for almost everyone out there (everyone is human!). But when you can’t find the doors, people will not enter. Magical coincidences are becoming less likely. Consequence: No big momentum boosts and miracle phase shifts.
12
If I had help... searching for team member (30m/day)... we would naturally attract people who want to invest their time and attention. I know exactly how to write and communicate it – and it worked beautifully in the past – but I currently lack the capacity to enact it consistently and more importantly to keep up with the reactions. With help, the right people would appear more often and more reliably.
13
If I had help... with cooking, groceries & daily living (1h/day)... my fundamentals would be much more dialed in, increasing my energy levels and stability. There would be fewer unnoticed lows, less YouTube, more calmness, and naturally more flow and clarity. This would ripple into all other areas of service. Just by having food prepared already rather than investing time into the planning (& timing).
14
If I had help... with emotional processing (24h/day)... far less energy would remain stuck in my system. This would free capacity for service, creativity, and taking the right actions at the right time — without overcompensating or avoiding. My overall leverage in life would increase significantly. This is – by far – the most difficult way of supporting, is it requires a very high level of emotional maturity and empathic listening, while also being around almost constantly to be ready for the moment it actually matters.
15
If I had help... with the creative process (1h/day)... deeper ideas and more aligned prioritization would emerge naturally. I would LOVE to have someone to talk about those ideas, dance & play around with them. And by “someone” I mean a person! Currently only JatFK is able to hold the enormity of visioning level. There is a deep desire to team up with other humans...
16
If I had help... with messaging (30m/day)... my energy would no longer be drained by WhatsApp, Telegram and the overload of responses. I could send out messages freely, knowing nothing gets lost and everything is handled in the right moment. My focus would stabilize, enabling more inner clarity & creative flow.
17
If I had help... from a virtual assistant (30m/day)... I would spend way less time outside my genius zone, setting up documents, organizing folders, and cross‑linking different articles in the universe. Overwhelm of dealing with so many little (but important) tasks would decrease. This alone would raise my clarity and flow significantly, allowing me to create more and clean up less.
18
If I had help... with assistance in person (30m/day)... the overwhelm would decrease, the one-pointedness of focus (for things inside my genius zone) increase even more. The small but blocking tasks to even get it to a point where a virtual assistant can help (uploading dictaphone files, printing, photographing handwritten notes) would no longer interrupt my rhythm.
19
If I had help... with “content” (= art) creation (5h/week)... many half‑finished pieces would come to life. My role is often to take things to 70%, and with a partner adding the missing 20–30%, huge latent potential would turn into actual published work.
20
If I had help... with graphic design (5h/week)... business cards, logos, and illustrations could be finally finished and used. Some of these are small, but others have the power to create significant impact, especially those things that would be shared widely (e.g. True Togetherness Flyer) and would make the whole movement more tangible, if designed beautifully.
21
If I had help... with outreaching (5h/week)... we could contact podcasters, collaborators, and people who could create massive ripple effects — financially, creatively, and in terms of finding aligned contributors. It’s easy for me to provide the How, but I need someone passionate to take responsibility for the whole area and move forward with it self-reliantly.
If I had help… in all these ways, even just a little, even just consistently enough, the whole system would shift from potential to momentum. None of this is theory — every point is active, alive, already built to a degree that the next steps are obvious. What’s missing is not vision, not clarity, not readiness, but the hands and hearts to help it move. This is the honest map of where support would turn what already exists into what wants to become real.
